Infant’s Curriculum
Our Infant Curriculum focuses on fostering motor development and early childhood skills through nurturing, attentive care. Combined with our enrichment programs, these experiences provide a well-rounded foundation that supports each child’s growth and sets the stage for a lifelong love of learning

Our approach to Infant development (6 weeks to 1 year old)
At Gingerbread House I, we recognize that infancy is a vital stage for foundational growth. During this time, children begin developing essential motor skills through activities like tummy time and interactive engagement with their caregivers. Our experienced and compassionate staff gently guide infants through exercises such as assisted stretches, coordinated leg movements, and hand-eye coordination activities, fostering early physical development.
As infants progress, our caregivers focus on strengthening their core muscles, supporting milestones such as crawling and independent movement. Emotionally, infants begin to display a wider range of expressions and show joy when interacting with familiar faces. Cognitively, they start recognizing loved ones and responding to their surroundings with increased curiosity. During this stage, early language development also emerges through babbling and vocal experimentation—laying the groundwork for future communication skills.

Enrichment Programs for Infants
Little Scientists
Our Little Scientists Enrichment Program invites young learners to explore the wonders of science through age-appropriate experiments and hands-on activities. Children will engage in discovery-based learning that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and observation skills. By working individually and collaboratively, they develop a deeper understanding of the world around them while strengthening communication, problem-solving, and social-emotional growth.
Little Engineers
Our Little Engineers Enrichment Program engages young learners with age-appropriate skills designed to promote problem-solving, creativity, and practical application skills. Through individual, paired, and group activities, children tackle hands-on challenges that foster perseverance, collaboration, and the development of strong social-emotional and interpersonal skills.
Little Goal Getters
Our Little Goal Getters Enrichment Program introduces young learners to the foundational concepts of sports through age-appropriate kits and activities. Children build essential gross and fine motor skills as they practice throwing, catching, kicking, balancing, and more. As they grow, older participants are introduced to the basic techniques and rules of team sports such as basketball and soccer, fostering physical development, coordination, and teamwork.
